Operating since 2007 as a result of the recession, we are proud to have gone from strength to strength. We understand that the property market is an exciting place, but it can also be overwhelming at times too.

Ravi - Director

Ravi has over fifteen years of valuable experience in the housing sector. Prior to Oadby Estates, Ravi worked at a leading Leicestershire estate agency and comes from background in extensive property development. However, his real passion began in 2008 when he founded the company whilst still studying at university, recognising an opportunity to make a real difference to the property market. Ravi is often the first point of contact for professional bodies for accurate and up-to-date market intelligence. With strong beliefs in five-star service, Ravi continues to push forward in providing customers with a service that is second to none and installs these beliefs within the sales team. Ravi prides himself on his professionalism and dedication in achieving the best price possible for his clients.

Anup - Marketing Director

James has been an Estate Agent for 20 years working in varying sales environments and locations. James's Estate Agency knowledge far exceeds his time in the business as does his calmness and ability to deal with the toughest of problems. He has built a great reputation based on his trusted approach and ability to match the best quality buyers to the right property and ultimately negotiate the best deal for our clients. In his social time James is a family man and a keen car enthusiast and has been to many F1 races across the world.

Veronika – Office Manager

There is always service with a smile from Veronika, our dedicated office manager who looks after our entire property portfolio, third party relationships and marketing. She supports the wider team and departments in their day-to-day running while keeping our front of house afloat. Having joined the team a few years ago, Veronika is a budding property professional who keeps on top of the news and trends shaking up today’s moving market.

Vinay – Head of Lettings

Having previously worked in our both our sales and lettings departments as a valued team member since 2008 with complete knowledge of the property business, Vinay takes pride in his position heading up lettings. Spinning numerous plates and keeping up with the demand of managing and advertising properties to let, Vinay is passionate about helping landlords and tenants find the perfect fit. Recognised for wearing another hat, Vinay is also a fully qualified accountant with his ACCA qualification and Maths degree from Leicester University. He has vast experience in all aspects of accountancy and estate agency. Vinay is very approachable and always on hand to help with any enquiry.

Laura- Marketing Assistant

As a marketing assistant, Laura plays a key role in promoting our properties and services to both prospective clients and the local community. From creating engaging marketing campaigns to managing our online presence, Laura’s work showcases our listings and highlights what makes each property unique. By staying up-to-date with market trends and using creative strategies, Laura helps ensuring that our estate agency remains visible and attractive to both buyers and renters. Laura’s goal is to support the team in delivering a compelling and consistent brand message across all platforms. Laura also assists with ensuring that the diary runs smoothly so all appointments and commitments are met.

Ranjit- Sales and Lettings negotiator

As a negotiator, Ranjit specialises in connecting prospective tenants and purchasers with their ideal homes. Ranjit is passionate about offering expert advice and ensuring a smooth, stress-free process from start to finish. With a strong understanding of the local rental and sales market, Ranjit works diligently to match clients with quality, affordable properties, ensuring that every aspect of the process runs seamlessly for all parties. With a background in logistics, Ranjit ensures appointments are booked in a speedy manner.

Anita Sudera – Head of Maintenance

As Head of Maintenance, Anita is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across our property portfolio, ensuring that every property is maintained to the highest possible standard. From coordinating repairs and inspections to liaising with contractors and tenants, Anita plays a key role in delivering an efficient and responsive maintenance service. With a proactive approach and strong attention to detail, Anita is committed to resolving issues promptly, minimising disruption, and ensuring both landlords and tenants receive professional support throughout the maintenance process.

Amy Burditt – Lettings Clerk

As a Lettings Assistant and Lettings Clerk, Amy plays an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day management of our lettings department. Amy assists with property check-ins, inventories, inspections, and check-outs, ensuring that all reports are completed thoroughly and accurately. With strong attention to detail and a professional approach, Amy helps maintain clear communication between landlords, tenants, and the office, contributing to a seamless and well-organised tenancy process from start to finish.
